JMRT TO HOST HAllOWEEN
PARTY AT OElMA/OlA CONFERENCE
"FUR the peop Ie", a take-off on the OElMA/
OlA Joi nt Conference thelre "For the People",
will be used to set the stage for a late
-,[ iday evening Reception and Hallcween Party
oponsored by Junior Members Round Table
(JMRT). The event is scheduled for the hour
of goblins and witches starting at 10:00 P.M.
until ??? in the Ohio Convention Center. JMRT
planners have suggested participants COIre as
a favorite "furry" thing - or anything else
you choose. Of course, the costume is optional,
just COIre and plan to have a fun
til1'e wi th prizes, refreshments and musi c.

able with your preconference registration.
Tickets wi 11 also be available at the local

OlA lEADERS TO CONFER
AT BERGAMO CENTER
Bergamo Conference Center, Dayton, has
been selected as the site for the Annual OlA
leadership Conference to be held September
19-20.
John Wallach, vice-president and presiden
elect, wi 11 chai r the lreet i ng as i ncomi ng,
continuing and outgoing OlA leaders discuss
and make plans fo r the new yea r.
The conference is held each year to stimulate
and motivate leaders, to inform them
about OlA, and to provide an opportunity for '
the OlA team to become acquainted as they
plan togethe r.
This year's conference will be particular
ly important. Charlotte leonard, chai r, Ad
Hoc Committee to Review Organizational Structure,
will present the proposed plan to conferees
as it was approved by the board of
directors. The plan will be presented to th
membership at Conference in October.
A limitation of space has prevented the
complete OlA official family from participation
in the leadership Conference, however,
new leaders are expected to carry the messag
to their respective committees. A mini-leadership
meeting will be held after the OELMA/
OlA joint meeting in October should the restructure
plan be adopted by the OlA
membe rsh i p.
