KEEP OlA STRONG - KEEP OHIO LIBRARIES STRONG!
Your pledge of support to Ohio libraries is your renewal
of OLA membership. For those of you who have renewed during the
month of December with its usual money pressures, the Membership
Committee is grateful for your loyalty.
To those of you who s till have your OLA renewal notice on
your desk--won't you take a few minutes to think about Ohio li­braries
without OlA? The Membership Committee's campaign liter­ature
theme this year is "Keeping Doors Open--" for OLA and for
Ohio libraries. Make sure the doors don't close on your OlA
membership. Without your renewal by March 1, this is the last
issue of th e NEWSletter we can send you. Whatever benefits you
take from OLA's many and varied programs wi 11 also come to a
hal t!
As with any organization, its strength is in numbers. We
are running behind in membership renewals as compared to last
year and new memberships are not keep ing pace. OLA doubly needs
your help.
Do yourself and Ohio libraries a favor - send us your
renewal check now. Remember you can also charge membership dues
to you r Visa or Master Charge.
And when you have renewed, make it a point to encourage
new staff and those who are not members of OLA to OPEN THE DOORS
to career enhancement and enrichment by joining OLA. We need
your help.
