TA EXECUTIVE OFFICE TO
STER SERVICES FOR ALAO

Association of Ohio executive board
and the OlA/OlTA Joint Governing Board have
approved agreements for using the alA/alTA
Executive Office to administer services for
OElMA and AlAO. The agreements call for
stipulated services each association desires
and sets authority for other services to be
provided as requested by officials of each
association .
Each association will pay an annual fee
per member for basic services and will be
invoiced on a reimbursing basis for other
requested services. The executive office at
40 S. Third St . , Suite 409, Columbus, 43215,
will serve as the official address of each
association and will serve as a central dues
collecting agency for AlAO and DELMA.
Association officers wil I have access to
the office staff, legal counsel and a certified
publ ic accountant. Meeting space, a
typewriter and desk space will be available
at 40 S. Third St. to officials and members
of each association.
Carolyn Dearnaley, AlAO president and
Kerstetter, DELMA president, stated upon
signing the agreement that the arrangement
gives both of their associations increased
stability and continuity. They said, "the
arrangement provides an excellent opportunity
for both associations to focus on goals
and objectives whil~ assuring the members
that implementation of projects and activities
wi I I be carried out wi th dispatch."
